Terms & Conditions
-
This website is the property of InteDelta and by using it you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
-
These terms may change from time to time and by your continued use you accept any updates to these terms. We recommend you come back and check these regularly. It makes our lawyers feel appreciated.
-
All intellectual property rights (whether they’ve been registered or not) in the content of this website shall remain vested in InteDelta and you agree not to copy any content without our written permission except for your personal use. It took us a lot of time to put all this stuff together so we’d rather you didn't just steal or borrow it. Begging is acceptable though.
-
All names, images and logos belong to InteDelta and are protected by copyright, design rights or trade marks.
-
This website is provided as is, and to the extent permitted by law, InteDelta exclude all warranties including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, on-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. Whilst InteDelta ensures all content is accurate we cannot guarantee this and as such all content is provided for your information only and should not be relied on. We are only human after all.
-
Nothing in these terms shall exclude InteDelta’ liability for fraud or any personal injury, damage to property or death caused by InteDelta negligence. InteDelta shall not be liable for any other loss or damages howsoever caused including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill and indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages, even if such losses were foreseen or were made known to InteDelta. We are providing the website to you for free and it would be unreasonable for us to be held liable.
-
If any of these terms are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable then it shall be deleted from the rest of these terms and all other terms shall remain enforceable. Like when your teacher used to cross words out with a red pen.
-
The failure of InteDelta to exercise any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights. We reserve the right to change our minds.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and those laws shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. Although we’re confident we’ll get along fine.
